Refusing a Delivery
If you refuse a delivery, for whichever reason, we will not be able to refund you the cost of shipping, and the product has to be received back at our warehouse before we can refund you for the order.
At shodg, you can shop confidently with our friendly Return & Exchange Policy. If you are not happy with your items (be it colors, fit or fabric, etc.), we will be happy to exchange or provide store credit if the items are returned within 14 days of delivery and in unworn conditions.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered). It must also be in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied
- To be eligible for a return, your must first contact Customer Care to approve your return. Any orders sent without approval will be denied.
-To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance whens shipping your item(s) back. Keep your tracking number to ensure the package is returned to us. We are not responsible for packages that never arrive.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (this typically takes up to and additional 1-3 business days or one billing cycle).
